Do you think that informants are reliable? I believe that you have to test informants I believe you should ask them questions that you already have answer too. There are three types of informant volunteer, paid and anonymous.
Volunteer believe its apart of their civic duty. While paid informants often have motives other than money. Anonymous often want their identity keep secret. I was once a informant for my neighborhood I believe that you should be involve in your community.
